Master Mon is not a professional webmaster sir... But he's been making websites for quite some time now. He is now an experienced webmaster and I know that he can give you useful tips and tricks that can help you sir!  Tips and Tricks All the tips and tricks found here are the things I was able to come up through my experiences as a webmaster. I've put them up here to help my fellow webmasters in making good websites. I hope that these tips and tricks will prove helpful to you.  HTML, ASP and CSS Making a Good Website Web Host - If you prefer free web hosting, I suggest you find a service that fits you best. Make sure that they don't bombard your visitors with tons of advertisements. The best free web hosting services I've seen so far is Brinkster (Supports ASP) and Fate Back (Gives you 60 MB. of web space). You can either use one of them or both, like what I did! If you want to pay for your website, make sure that they provide you with the services you wanted in a reasonable price. Title and URL - If you don't have your own domain, you can use either ShortURL.com or DOT.tk for a free subdomain. This way you won't have a long URL. Make sure that your title and URL is related to your website, short and can be easily remembered. Content - What's the use of a website if they do not provide their visitors with quality contents and services? In order for your website to gain lots of visitors is to provide them with up to date contents or services. Even if your website looks very cool, visitors will just forget about it when they see that they have nothing to do there at all! Design - It is good for a website to have a great overall design so that visitors will enjoy being in your website. Make sure that you have a consistent color scheme, quality graphics, easy navigation, original concepts (Good Java, ASP, etc. scripts that fits your website, cool gimmicks, etc.) and polished contents (Proper capitalization and grammar, quality images, etc.). Interactivity - This is a great way for you and your visitors to have some sort of communication. A poll is great for getting your visitor's opinion, a shout box is cool to have in a website, etc.  Adobe Photoshop 7 There are a lot of ways to automatically fix images that you wish to use in your website using Adobe Photoshop. Press Shift+Ctrl+L for "Auto Levels", Alt+Shift+Ctrl+L for "Auto Contrast" and Shift+Ctrl+B for "Auto Colors". It will help you present images with good quality without any hassle.
