Snape By Mara

In
the past and right now, we all know Severus Snape
as this snarling Potions master who hates all the
people in the world. He may have that reputation
but he’s a really brilliant man. You don’t
find a professor so adept in Potions, Defense Against
the Dark Arts and even Dueling just anywhere!
We never really saw Snape’s potential because
he’s a quiet guy lurking just around the school
corridor apprehending students and talking to the
school’s most despised staff (next to Snape),
Argus Filch. The typical remark you would hear about
him would be "Someone you shouldn’t dare
try to cross".
Snape is unique and very autocratic. The students'
dislike for him is probably because he's always
close-minded towards each student’s opinions;
especially to Gryffindors. He also gives special
attention to students in his own house, Slytherin.
Give him a break! For all we know, he just wants
some peace and time away from the students. Life
as a teacher is tough because students perceive
you in a negative way in every move that you make. |
