10/1/2005 - What is up with Slytherin.vze.com
I am very sorry to every Slytherin fans waiting for an update for this website. As many of you knows, this website runs on free services. Up to now I can't still find a good free web host (Like Brinkster used to be) so please if you know one, don't hesitate to drop me an e-mail. The site runs on ASP servers so it is not that easy to find a host which supports that for free. Also, I would like to thank all of the Slytherin fans who, besides the severe lack of updates, still finds my website good... THANK YOU ALL! I appreciate the comments.

Also, it had recently come into my attention that my good friend Bellus had put the Portuguese Slytherin website up - http://www.sonserina.com/, it uses Slytherin.vze.com's layout and it is awesome (I don't understand the website but judging by the tons and tons of contents, it is well worth it to check out). Nice job Bellus! I hope I could get this website up and running soon so I could integrate this website to yours!

I'm quite busy right now due to college (BS-BIO is hard!), that explains my lack of frequent updates. Also, Brinkster's service is so bad right now so I'm looking for a new host to transfer the site... So, to all Slytherin fans out there I tell you... Ah… At last, the third installment of the Harry Potter series is here and it comes with a new director – Alfonso Cuaron. In this movie, the trio returns to Hogwarts with new trials to face as Sirius Black escaped Azkaban prison and believed to be after Harry Potter… Wonderful twist and dark secrets will unfold for viewers to see! (Well, except for those people who already read the book @_@)

Most of the cast returns in this film looking so matured as they’ve all grown so much. (Well, except to all already grown-up cast) Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) and Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) look more like a man now, Hermione Granger (Emma Watson) changed so much and Draco Malfoy (Tom Felton) got a new hairstyle. Sirius Black (Gary Oldman) shines the most though among the new characters because of his amazing portrayal next is Prof. Sybil Trelawney (Emma Thompson) whom theater-like exaggerated acting seems to hit the right spot. The new Prof. Albus Dumbledore (Michael Gambon) suffice the needs for the role originally played by the late Richard Harris… One thing though, Prof. Dumbledore suddenly became very energetic! ^_^ The way he moves and speaks but it is not a bad thing. Prof. Lupin (David Thewlis) on the other hand did a good job but not very impressive…

The one thing that separates this movie from the other two is the style of the new director. He made this movie quite artistic by being playful with the camera and the scenery. This alone can make this movie deserving to receive an Academy Award! You’ll often get caught by Cuaron’s style as it makes you feel calm before presenting the next scene. This movie is undoubtedly dark… The story itself can give you chills but Cuaron managed to balance everything by putting random comic relief throughout the film and he seems to be fond of making fun with Draco Malfoy, he made him looked so dumb by exaggerating Draco’s personality… It managed to give quite a few laughs but totally made Draco more like a wuss… Poor kid.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban have the goodness of the past two movies with an added bonus… a new director having a wonderful style fit for the movie. The story was perfectly adapted and the effects are good as usual… You have to see the Dementors, they look so cool but werewolf isn’t much of an eye popper though… All in all, this movie is a must seen for everyone (Do I have to say it?) and to the fans of the Harry Potter series, a great addition to your DVD collections! You’ll come out the theaters having your Harry Potter blood shaken up and recharged!

3/31/2004 - Whoa! An Update!
Yep, I just finished uploading the last 4 write-ups... I also added 3 new sections and I put up the one and only fan fic we managed to get... Updated some of the pages and... Well, I wasn't able to fix the layout to compensate with Brinkster and Fate Back's advertisements... 3/24/2004 - Slytherin.vze.com's Completion!
At last! I now have some time again to spend in finishing up this website... It's been almost a year now when I first launch this and because of school I wasn't able to keep up with the maintenance. Now that school is finish for me, I'll finish everything here and submit this website to each and every search engine so that more people can visit! I will also find good websites to be affiliated with... Hopefully I will accomplish all of these before April 15 which is my birthday!

11/2/2003 - Peter Pan and Brinkster
I know it's quite weird for a title but yeah... I got two news for you all! I've seen the trailer of the new film Peter Pan! Jason Isaacs looks cool as Captain Hook so I will definitely be seeing it on theaters on 2004 and if you're a fan of Jason, well you shouldn't miss it too. Anyway, judging from the trailer... The film looks great and as we all know, Peter Pan is a classic story so it's a guaranteed hit!

Another thing is Brinkster has ads now... So I need to redo some of the things here in the site to compensate with those ads... I'll be working on them right after I finish HSOM's website! Until my next post, enjoy www.Slytherin.vze.com!!!

10/5/2003 - Slytherin.vze.com a Fake?
Holy Salazar! This was brought up to me by a certain post by someone named "Tom" in our Shout Box... He said that Slytherin.vze.com is a rip off of DracoMalfoy.vze.com. At first I thought it's because he might have seen certain write-ups that we only borrowed from other websites (We properly credited them by the way). But when I checked on to their website... Man I was very surprised! They have used all the images I made for Slytherin.vze.com. They had just change some of the few things about it (As you can notice in their banner, they deleted .vze.com on the bottom of Slytherin... It's not a good job though so it is still obvious). It's OK for me if you get some images from my website but please let me know so I won't get surprised like this! I also want you to at lease credit it to me! I've spent a lot of time making them so it's just proper for you to inform your viewers who made them! And the worst thing is... You called my creation a rip off of your website?! Well, let's just be realistic here... Look at your website, frankly it looks the other way around!

Man! This is the first time this kind of things happened to me... Anyway, I'm off now and I'll try to contact their webmaster.

Everything on this website is up!!! Well, except for the 4 write-ups Mara's working on. Anyway, at least all the pages are up. Now I'll be working on the wallpapers, calendars and other cool gimmicks then I'll submit Slytherin.vze.com to search engines! I surely hope I could finish this all in no time!

If you like the website, please send us some feedback like Saf did... I REALLY APPRECIATE IT SAF! I'll be putting it up too in the near future along with the review this website got from the Brinkster community (They're almost all good! Who would have thought of that? ). 8/25/2003 - Upcoming Major Updates
Well the website has been dead for a while due to my super busy schedule (Taking entrance test to get into a good school in college and all)... But now I will be having about a week of free time so I'm planning to finish this website so I'm begging all of my staff to do all the task assigned to them and pass them to me on or before September 5, 2003. When the website is finish, I will also start to submit it on popular search engine directories so we can get much bigger amount of traffic.

7/4/2003 - Tons of News!
Well, for some unknown reason... None of the staff even bothered to announce that the book is out... Anyway, since this news is old, I just hope that you got the book.

Now, I just want to tell every loyal visitors and staff of Slytherin.vze.com that I fired two of the staff namely Nick and Nadim (Nothing personal). They just seem pretty busy with their lives and they haven't done anything for this website. I would also like to announce that we have a new staff, Kris Lee. I hope that she'll be a valuable addition to the staff. Also, Wednesday's application is currently being reviewed...

I've added lots of things, especially the write-ups of Mara and Dina and I'm also planning on expanding the features of this website so all of you guys should watch out!

Sadly, one of the Slytherin website scattered on the internet had closed down. It is a website dedicated to Draco Malfoy and Tom Felton, they offer up-to-date news and pictures and great looking calendars. I've been trying to contact Malfoy Obsession since we put up Slytherin.vze.com because we would like to be affiliated with them but there's nothing more we can do now. All we can say is that, we appreciate the webmasters of this website for serving all Slytherin fans.

On the light side of things, we are planning to take over what Malfoy Obsession is well known for; we are planning to make calendars for all of you to download.
