1. I write fanfiction for fun and make absolutely no profit from my writing of fanfiction. The characters are copyrighted and on the off chance that there is copyright infringement, it's unintentional and will be removed immediately.
2. I'm certainly not responsible for anything someone does after reading the fanfiction here. There's a key part to the term fanfiction: fiction, which is defined as follows: (a) literary narrative that portray imaginary characters or events, specif. novels and short stories. (Agnes, Michael. Webster's New World College Dictionary - Fourth Edition. New York, Macmillan USA: 1999) Besides, to quote something I think almost every mother has said at some point: "If your friends jumped off a bridge, would you too?"
3. What I write runs the gamut from slash (homoerotica) to just plain old outright brutality. The fics are labelled with warnings of what the contents are. They are there for a reason. Heed them; if you feel you feel you can't handle what a fic might deal with, then just don't read it.
4. And please don't steal my nice page header images. The only section of my website where images are free to grab is my LJ Icon section. Please e-mail the respective artist first and get permission. I really don't want to disable right click on my website or resort to making PDFs; those things take forever to load.
5. I take a whole lot of effort to avoid plagiarism like the plague. But it sometimes happens that two people have almost eerily similar ideas. If you see something that you feel has been plagiarised, e-mail me via the contact info on the index page, and I will work out the issue with you.
6. I'm not responsible for any underage children that visit the site. Due to the subject matter contained within, it is advised that the reader be the age of majority where they reside.
